Bank Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mails
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendar for Managing Director
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos and emails
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • No work experience required.
  • Able to start work immediately.
