Assistant Manager Corporate Secretarial

A leading healthcare company is currently looking for Assistant Manager for Corporate Secretarial Department.    Job descriptions: 1. To manage and assist the Head of Department in the secretarial function. 2. To draft and prepare minutes, resolutions, notice and agenda of meetings. 3. To attend Board, shareholders and committee meetings.
4. To ensure the secretarial functions is acted in compliance with Companies Act 1965 and Bursa Listing requirements.
5. To ensure timely submission of documents.
6. To perform other tasks and duties when necessary.   Requirements: 1. Qualified ICSA holder and a member of MAICSA.
2. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
3. Computer literate.
4. Able to work independently..
5. Familiar with the provisions of Companies Act, Bursa Listing requirements and other related regulations.
