Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • perform reception duties, incoming calls, customer's order fulfillment
  • attend to customer's requests, inquiries, and service related matters
  • perform point of sales order processing and ensure the accuracy of transaction
  • support company events and activities related to training
  • handle feedback and complaints from customers
  • other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  Requirements:
  • 2 years working experience in CS
  • able to work overtime or Public Holidays as and when required
  • pleasant and well presentable
