Job Description  
  • Answering inbounds calls promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints via calls promptly.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts, explaining new features.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be added advantage as language allowances will be provided.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Call Center or related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Call Center or related field or equivalent.
