Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities from sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting and interview
  • Support and work closely with hiring managers in their hiring needs and to fill vacancies.
  • Responsible for recruiting competent candidates to support the organization's staffing requirements.
  • Posting up of recruitment advertisement from online portal
  • Prepare salary proposal for shortlisted candidates and salary negotiation
  • Arrange for pre-employment medical check-up arrangement, employment agreement preparation, reference checks etc.
  • Handle onboarding of new employees.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
