Fresh Graduates (Bank Officer/Admin)

JOB DESCRIPTION   1) Bank Officer
  • Need to have good knowledge of banking products and able to respond related customer queries.
  • Advise customers regarding of the financial investments.
  • Communicate with department management for branch operations and status.
  • Assist with administration task.
  • Need to prepare the management reports.
  2) Admin Assistance
  • Responsible for administrative work.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
