Account Executive

  • Able to handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables 
  • Responsible for monthly financial and analytical reports to management
  • Deliver on time results and services to both external and internal customers
  • Process monthly staff claims
  • Prepare quarterly GST reporting
  • Processing all invoices, expenses request and forms of payment
  • Validation of Purchase Orders to Invoices received
  • Timely completion of all scheduled tasks; daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Ensure processes are followed accordance to internal working procedures and instructions
  • Proper and timing filing of all financial data and documentation
  • Responsible for audits and variance as required
  • Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude
  • Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
