Finance cum Admin

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Oversee company accounts and investments.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Report to the Financial Controller team with timely and accurate financial information.
  • Additional finance/admin duties as necessary.
  • Documentation and simple processing duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Perform general clerical duties.
  • Support in all other operations and admin work as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or Business related Study.
  • Candidate must able to work on contractual basis.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess own transportation will be an added advantage.
