Food Safety Management Officer

This role is responsible for developing, and managing Food Safety Management System for the company.


Job Responsibilities:

  • responsible to lead the quality and safety management at the respective outlets
  • close engagement with all the HOD to execute the quality and safety policy and procedure
  • to conduct the internal audit, monitoring and control of all CCP, CP, Traceability, GMP, HACCP and ensure high compliance with quality and safety standard
  • to update FSM system documentation and audit records
  • responsible to ensure high compliance to quality and safety during transportation of food and products from supplier and central kitchen to the outlet
  • monitor and maintain high compliance of staff hygiene at the outlet
  • co-ordinate the ongoing development requirements of the department's food safety program and compliance including carrying out internal audits
  • candidate at least possess Bachelor Degree's in Food Science/ Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, or it equivalent
  • at least 3 years experience in F&B service/ catering services
  • familiar with Food Safety Management System/ HACCP
  • experience in acquiring HACCP, HALAL, ISO, GMP, CCPs, Food Handler Training Course certified by MOH
  • Certified as Internal Auditor for HACCP
