Account Associate

  • Maintain a master list of monthly journal entries.
  • Record supporting information for all journal entries.
  • Account payable (AP) and Account receivable (AR) management.
  • Maintain detailed listing of the contents of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist auditors with journal entry examinations.
  • Assist in the production of financial statements.
  • Account for fixed assets.
  • Provide all details to reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts.
  • Match supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proofs of receipt.
  • Process expense reports and update supplier master file.
  • Reconcile accounts payable to general ledger.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Accounting or equivalent.
