Corporate Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, corporate information and relevant administrative records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirement
  • Co-ordinate, organize and attend meetings
  • Prepare and review solutions, minutes, announcements, circulars, annual reports and other statutory forms and documents
  • Undertake other tasks and ad-hoc jobs as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
