Admin Officer (Tender Department)

  • Focal point for coordination of all Tender related activities.
  • Interface and follow up with various stakeholders, for example, internal departments & clients to ensure the tender proposal is compiled and submitted on time.
  • Check and compilation of tender documents/ proposals for submission.
  • Maintain and update tender server.
  • Providing regular updates on Bid Book Status for the company.
  • Administrative work with regards to the tender department matters.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate with related internship experience is encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must be able to work at Seri Kembangan and possesses own transportation.
  • Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
