Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Description:
  •  Liaising with clients, suppliers, advisors, shareholders, intercompany directors and other staff.
  • Word processing, dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentations/SOP’s/policies (further information on such detail), taking dictation, typing minutes and meeting reports.
  • Ensuring CEO sign-off of financial presentations and management accounts prior to submission to the Board of Directors.
  • Assist with the monitoring of the Company’s Balance Score Card and ISO accreditation, or other accreditation bodies as the CEO deems appropriate for the company to join.
  • Research relating to governance, legal, accounting and tax implications were required by the CEO and in liaison with the FC.
  • Follow up with other overseas/local parties where their action / non-action could impact the ability of the CEO to meet account liability.
  •  Ensure CEO is fully briefed on, or prepared for any engagement the CEO is involved in
  •  Keep & maintain an accurate record of schedule, deadlines, etc. on behalf of the CEO where necessary.
  •  Create and manage general business admin policies (including absence procedures, IT policy, etc.) as requested by CEO.
  • assist CEO in day-to-day business activities, general administration & liaising with project & departmental managers on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  •  Any other task as required by the CEO.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  •  8-15 years’ experience in sales & marketing / PR / PA work in the logistics industry preferred (with the proven track record and solid references)
  • Aged between 35-45
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
