Personal Assistant

  • Manage the managing director’s clients – sales quotation, shipment monitoring, resolve shipment related matters and disputes.
  • Data Analysis of reports.
  • Facilitate to sent meeting invites as per managing director’s request.
  • Generate and compile reports for weekly/monthly meeting.
  • Prepare slides for meetings.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Organize meetings, appointments and business trips for the managing director.
  • Oversee flow of information. Ensure tasks and deadlines are met in accordance to the company’s requirements.
  • Provide support for clients, partners, own offices worldwide.
  • Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the freight forwarding or logistic field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
