Account Executive cum HR Admin

  • Handle day-to-day business cases in the area of account receivables, account payable, bank posting and booking of invoices in accordance with the directives.
  • Clarify query invoices with client accounting and our operations department.
  • Book incoming & outgoing payments on our accounts.
  • Check if invoices are issued to the correct company name, address, if VAT numbers are correct or missing.
  • Carry out physical file of booked invoices.
  • Make payment for due invoices.
  • Generate monthly report for account receivables and payable.


  • Perform applications of work permits and work passes.
  • Perform HR related administrative tasks – update organization chart, medical & leave administration, maintain employees’ personal files, issue new / renewed employment contracts, draft job description, handle cessation paperwork.
  • Generate HR-related reports for management review.
  • Conduct new hire orientation programs in collaboration with TQM.
  • Actively cooperate and align with Regional HR Management.



  • SPM / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years in the doing the accounting job.
  • Conversant in both spoken and written English.
