Personal Assistant to Managing Director

  • Manage the MD’s clients – sales quotation, shipment monitoring, resolve shipment-related matters and disputes.
  • Data Analysis of reports.
  • Facilitate to sent meeting invites as per MD’s request.
  • Generate and compile reports for weekly/monthly meeting.
  • Prepare slides for meetings.
  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Organize meetings, appointments and business trips for the MD.
  • Oversee flow of information. Ensure tasks and deadlines are met in accordance to the company’s requirements.
  • Provide support for clients, partners, own offices worldwide.
  • Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.



  • University degree or equivalent with major in Business, Econimice, Finance or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in administrative/finance/economic/analysis related job.
  • Knowledge of logistics would be an advantage.
  • Conversant in both spoken and written English, Mandarin for liaison with Management.
  • Proficient in MS office (excel /powerpoint).
