Account Executive

Job Responsibilities 
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheets.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Track bank deposits and payments.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Review and implement financial policies.
  Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the full set accounting is required for this position.
  • Able to work at Kuala Lumpur.
