Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions 
  • Answering all telephone calls and transferring to respective departments.
  • Checking of customer feedback and update into the systems.
  • Responsible for performing purchasing operations in coordination with other company departments.
  • Experienced in handling ( Purchase Order ) & (Delivery Order ).
  • Prepare sales quotation according the company (SOP).
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding Sales quotation.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock,placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Job Requirements 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Degree.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in The Ascent,Paradigm.
