Secretary cum Admin

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle all forms of administration at the Secretariat including but not limited to; record keeping, account receivables and payables, invoicing, purchasing, minutes taking, coordinating with outside parties on statutory reporting etc.
  •  Banking and bank statement reconciliation.
  •  Record keeping.
  •  Liaison and communication with members of CBI.
  •  Liaison and communication with authorities and associates.
  •  Telephone marketing.
  •  Event organizing and support.
  •  Inquiry handling.
  • Possess high degree of integrity with zero tolerance to corruption and have passion to uphold this value to impact on society.
  • Self-starter with positive attitude to deliver.
  • Possess own transport to run errands for the office.
  • Willingness to travel outstation for events organized by the Company.
  • The person must have the flair for career advancement such as general management given good performance.
