Customer Success Associate

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Respond to inbound customer questions by using company own shared inbox tool to accelerate customer activatioon and engagement.
  • Implement strategies and programs to drive customer adoption across the customer base.
  • Conceptualize, create and implement adoption-focused projects on a quarterly basis.
  • Monitor common customer questions or concerns and partner with cross-functional team to suggest solutions.
  • Empower customers to self-serve and help users navigate the on-demand success resources.
  JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Customer Success Associate or related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills and superb listening skills are required.
  • High level of empathy, good time management and organized.
