Customer Service (6 months Contract)
- Signing receiving ticket, communicate with customer on their order progress until shipment as well as any enquiry from customer
- Perform order entry, print work order, move shipment until shipment completed in JDE
- Prepare Contract Review Check Sheet for each orders.
- Prepare weekly status report to customer as requested.
- Support TAT report
- Filing of CRCS and Returns Good and etc.
- At least Diploma holder in any related field
- Willing working in Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park
- Min 1 years working experience in doing customer support
