Job Description

  • Identify potential customers by making outgoing calls, operating telephone equipment and automatic dialing system
  • Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone
  • Explain the product or service to potential customers and influences policy holder to buy the product or service
  • Handle customer questions
  • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and acheiving target diligently
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 Year of working experience in telemarketing
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/"O" Level in any field
