- Take orders from customers and pass to operations
- Process service orders, troubleshoot, follow-up with customers and recommend solutions
- Perform administrative tasks - update spreadsheet / maintain records
- Make weekly plan for in / out bounds cargoes based on productivity and customers' request
- Perform pick and pack and quality audits and controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences related to the field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very organized, attention to details, enjoy working with numbers, and a team player.
