Logistics Coordinator

Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Take orders from customers and pass to operations
  • Process service orders, troubleshoot, follow-up with customers and recommend solutions
  • Perform administrative tasks - update spreadsheet / maintain records
  • Make weekly plan for in / out bounds cargoes based on productivity and customers' request
  • Perform pick and pack and quality audits and controls


Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences related to the field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very organized, attention to details, enjoy working with numbers, and a team player.
