Roving Telco Sales Team Lead
- To provide training to new sales team member
- To assign tasks to sales team members
- To monitor the team's sales performance
- To assist the sales team members in promoting of company telco products and services
- To provide constructive feedback to sales team members
- To develop a timeline for the sales team to reach sales target and maximize sales
- To communicate company goals to the sales team members
- To motivate the sales team members and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team members
- To provide excellent customer service, including interacting with potential clients and answering clients inquiries
- To prepare detailed reports about team performance and mission-related objectives
- To conduct regular meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Strong oral and written English skills
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation,relationship building and customer service skills.
- Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Must posses own transport and willing to travel around KL and Selangor
- Posses sales mindset drive and be able to pitch for sales
- Able to do a role play of selling product during the interview session
- Be flexible and mobile
