Customer Service Manager ( Freight Forwarding ) #MHH

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary escalation contact for customers and liaise with relevant departments on the service delivery to customers.
  • Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
  • Maintain resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Leading and managing a group of customer service team in executing the company’s revenue milestones.
  • Continuously review and improve existing trace and service recovery processes.

Requirements:

  • Excel in Mandarin.
  • At least graduate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service is required for this position.
  • Working experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry is a must.
