Description

Job Description:

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Knowing company products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work in KLCC
  • Willing to do shift
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder in any disciplines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
