Company Background:

Our client is from telecommunication industry and they are looking for candidate who are interested in operations support to join their team.

Job Descriptions: 

  • is to manage all back of house operational and other support activities that are essential to the Retail Operations. 
  • Maintain accurate and updated records at all times, matching both physical and system records daily.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance in accordance of SOP for sales and services transactions. 
  • Liaising with other internal departments and external vendor by providing business documents needed for new stores, business license and utilities (if needed) including music license on a timely manner. 
  • Responsible to check and process invoices, uniform orders correctly and accurately, and escalate issues quickly for resolution, thus minimizing potential business disruptions.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have minimum a Diploma in any field of studies
  • Candidate must have minimum 1 year of working experience, fresh-graduate are welcome to apply!
