Account Executive

Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform full set accounting and ensure interco balance are match
  • Prepare monthly journal entries such as cash, payroll, benefits, expense allocations & revenue on time.
  • Fixed assets update and reconciliation including preparing and maintaining supporting schedule
  • Reconcile Accounts Payables, Accounts receivables and Fixed Asset Subledgers to General Ledger
  • Ensure accuracy of balance sheet account reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge/skill with Microsoft Excel including charts, formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Well-versed in accounting principles and attention to details.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
