Associate Customer Service Coordinator


Job Descriptions

  • Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
  • Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
  • Responsible to work with Service & Repair (S&R) team such as verification and processing of customer claims and other post-sale services are completed assigned
  • Responsible to work with key internal stakeholders, such as Post-Market Vigilance, Supply Chain, and Warehousing to solve issues

Job Requirements

  • At least experience 1 year in SAP/ ServiceMax/ ERP/ CRM systems
  • Good English
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate Proficiency
  • Bachelor Degree (in Science) and above
