Associate Customer Service Coordinator
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
- Responsible to work with Service & Repair (S&R) team such as verification and processing of customer claims and other post-sale services are completed assigned
- Responsible to work with key internal stakeholders, such as Post-Market Vigilance, Supply Chain, and Warehousing to solve issues
- At least experience 1 year in SAP/ ServiceMax/ ERP/ CRM systems
- Good English
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
- Microsoft Office Intermediate Proficiency
- Bachelor Degree (in Science) and above
