- To execute and maintain all required official corporate filings, documents, reports and records according to applicable laws and regulations.
- To be responsible to shareholder relations, communicating with Board members and coordinating shareholder lists and registrations.
- To research and respond to shareholder requests for information.
- To manage the coordination of Board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of all necessary agendas and documents required for the meetings.
- To support Board functional objectives.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in related field.
- Possess at least 4 years of working experience in this field.
- Strong verbal communication in English.
- Must possess ICSA certification.
- Strong personality and have influencing skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Result oriented and willing to grow with the company to an extra miles.
