Customer Care Consultant

Job Descriptions

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and delivering services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Manages financial transactions
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Take care of outlet
  • Able to achieve sales target to get higher commission

Job Requirements

  • 9.30 am - 6.30 pm / 1pm - 10pm (1 WEEK 5 DAYS)
  • Excellent communications
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good English
  • Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Patience, initiative
