Customer Support (Japanese Speaker)
Job Description :
- Primarily handling emails and chats to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Understand customer inquiries and works with multiple technology applications and features to resolve customer contacts.
- Solving matters related to delivery services.
- Ensure all SLA are met accordingly and working in a team to achieve KPI.
Job Requirements :
- Business level English level and Business level Japanese (JLPT N1) are required.
- Great in time management and people development skills.
- Working days including weekends (rotational shifts). Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Each shift consist of 9.5 working hours and 1 hour lunch for rest.
