Roles:

• Understand clients’ needs and maintain good relationship with clients
• Identify and approach suitable candidates using applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, warm/ cold calls
• Work closely with teams to supply candidates with the best service
• Manage and organize interviews to evaluate candidates
• Maximize profitable growth and develop potential business accounts
• Source, determine and assess candidates from different avenues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks effectively
• Outgoing with positive attitudes
