Network Specialist #MAL
Description
- Manage and complete fiber installation with comply to SOP
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices
- Solving customers' problems and complaints
- Identify sales opportunities to upsell company's products and solutions
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (Wi-Fi, Smart Home)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering / IT / Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year experiences related to CCTV, Wi-Fi installer experience is a plus.
- Must possess with own Car and Driving license
