Order Processing cum Customer Service #MAL

Description

  • Order Process management. Receive, check and process customer orders received on SAP.
  • Follow-up with customers or internal departments on missing or incorrect data.
  • Process customer complaints, co-ordinate relevant corrective actions with customer, and internal parties.
  • Review and coordinate feedback of any required corrective action
  • Prepare and handle report
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma and above in any field with minimum 2 years of relevant Customer Service and Order Processing experience
  • SAP knowledge and experience is required
  • Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills
