Order Processing cum Customer Service #MAL
- Order Process management. Receive, check and process customer orders received on SAP.
- Follow-up with customers or internal departments on missing or incorrect data.
- Process customer complaints, co-ordinate relevant corrective actions with customer, and internal parties.
- Review and coordinate feedback of any required corrective action
- Prepare and handle report
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Diploma and above in any field with minimum 2 years of relevant Customer Service and Order Processing experience
- SAP knowledge and experience is required
- Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills
