Job Descriptions:

  • Attending to and resolving customers’ enquiries.
  • Handling for order processing.
  • Reports generation.
  • Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English, both written and oral
  • Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
  • Extra RM300 for Mandarin speaker
