HR Business Partner Support (KL)


Job Description:

  • Performs basic functions of HR related tasks.
  • Maintains and prepares reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Partner with P&O Centre of Excellence to proactively support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that enable business.
  • Supports the development and implementation of initiatives on employee engagement.
  • Conduct follow ups on any HR related initiatives
  • Work with HRBP to ensure of key project milestones.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies or other relevant discipline
  • Knowledge in Pivot Table, Variance Report and Histogram will be an added advantage
  • Applicants that are able to start immediately will be an added advantage!
