HR Business Partner Support (KL)
- Performs basic functions of HR related tasks.
- Maintains and prepares reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Partner with P&O Centre of Excellence to proactively support the delivery of HR programs and initiatives that enable business.
- Supports the development and implementation of initiatives on employee engagement.
- Conduct follow ups on any HR related initiatives
- Work with HRBP to ensure of key project milestones.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies or other relevant discipline
- Knowledge in Pivot Table, Variance Report and Histogram will be an added advantage
- Applicants that are able to start immediately will be an added advantage!
