- Performs data entry of employees’ medical, optical, and dental claim and ensure in the HR system
- Responsible in verifying employees’ leave application to ensure supporting documents submitted on time
- Generate leave entitlement for newly join employees
- Ensures the medical claims approved for payment to employees are generated promptly
- Monitor and updates employees movement listing and other required correspondence to company’s panel clinic on monthly basis.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Good in both spoken and written English
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Able to work independently and multitasking
