HR Assistant Manager | Kuala Lumpur #MAL

Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Training Development.
  • Draft company policies, enforce and coordinates all company‚Äôs human resources activities
  • To liaise with any relevant Government Department such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Labor department, and other related Government bodies
  • To manage and ensure all statutory contribution are up to date
  • To create JDs for all staff and to ensure it is kept up to date
  • In charge and lead recruitment and selection activities and liaise with recruitment agencies
  • Handle office administration and office maintenance matters

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experiences with Full HR spectrum
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Well versed with Malaysian labor law, employment acts, industrial relations and prevailing HR practices and legislations
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills
