Personal Assistant, PJ#MAL
Description
- Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
- Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of English, spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
- Advance skills in Microsoft applications(Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook).
