Personal Assistant, PJ#MAL

Description

  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
  • Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
  • Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
  • Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience 
  • Good command of English, spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft applications(Word, Excel and Power Point and Outlook).
