Job Description

Order Processing & Management

  • Manage and process purchase orders and sales orders to ensure that orders are fulfilled timely to meet replenishment needs & intro dates
  • Manage B2B and B2C orders, ensure allocated inventory to fulfil orders within set KPI 
  • Process non-sale orders (samples/promotion/sponsorship/POP) and on time delivery to support marketing plans
  • Work with 3PL warehouse and transportation for efficient distribution to stores, accounts and consumers
  • Process trade documents, ensure compliance with custom rules & regulations
  • Ensure updated data are uploaded and maintained in the system
  • Ensure queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner
  • Work closely with other internal/external functions for smooth operations process (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Warehousing, Forwarding Company etc.)

Order Book Management

  • Ensure the prebooks are captured accurately and timely in system
  • Manage the accurate reporting and analysis of the order book against projected sales 
  • Work with sales team to deliver accurate forecast and delivery plans
  • Manage the sales order book and ensure the data accuracy
  • Provide business analysis and insights on order book against projected sales

Returns Management

  • Manage the returns to warehouse and transfers between stores to support the product cadence plans 
  • Work with ecommerce team on returns and refunds  
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the reverse logistics 
  • Ensure returns are in saleable condition and received accuracy in ERP & POS system

Operational Support

  • Provide operational support to drive sales and growth for the business
  • Work with cross functional teams to achieve excellent customer experience
  • Participate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries
  • Contribute and provide support in any project implementation
  • Generate data analytics and reporting
  • Assist to identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Ensure work documentations and work processes are filed and updated on time
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ensure compliance to the company’s policies and guidelines
  • Assist to provide effective knowledge transfer / sharing for sustainable development of knowledge within the team / company
  • Guide and assist other team-mates
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Operations Supervisor, including job rotation

Job Requirement:

  • 2- 5 years' experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Operations or equivalent
  • Well-developed computer and data analytical skills with a proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Prior experience in order fulfilment, ecommerce and customer service 
  • Strong operational experience in Malaysia
