Job description
- Process travel and medical insurance claim
- All claims are appropriately handled, documented, evaluated and investigated within the Guidelines.
- Identify potential for fraudulent/recovery in claims.
- To meet deadline in submission of assignments, monthly claims status reports and any other ad hoc reports as and when required.
- To provide fast, efficient and courteous claims service to all clients within the standards established by the Company.
- To ensure proper complaint handling, including prompt escalations, acknowledgements and timely updates to clients.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree
- Added advantage will be given to those who possess a minimum of 2 years travel/medical insurance claims
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
