Claim Admin (Insurance) up to RM3K #MWY

Job description

  • Process travel and medical insurance claim
  • All claims are appropriately handled, documented, evaluated and investigated within the Guidelines.
  • Identify potential for fraudulent/recovery in claims.
  • To meet deadline in submission of assignments, monthly claims status reports and any other ad hoc reports as and when required.
  • To provide fast, efficient and courteous claims service to all clients within the standards established by the Company.
  • To ensure proper complaint handling, including prompt escalations, acknowledgements and timely updates to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree
  • Added advantage will be given to those who possess a minimum of 2 years travel/medical insurance claims
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
