• Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service.

• Assisting customers in selecting clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories.

• Explaining product features, materials, and brand collections.

• Achieving individual and store sales targets.

• Maintaining the store's luxury image, cleanliness, and visual presentation.

• Handling payments, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.

• Building strong relationships with customers and providing a personalised shopping experience.

• Following Valentino's brand standards and retail procedures.

Job Requirement 

• Must be able to commit to a full-time working schedule.
• Able to work 5 days per week
• Good communication skills in English.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to handle customer enquiries.
• Willing to work in a retail environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Dark hair color is required.
• Malaysian only
