• Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service.

• Assisting customers in choosing suitable footwear, sportswear, and accessories.

• Providing product knowledge about Nike shoes, apparel, and sports technologies.

• Supporting the store in achieving sales targets and business goals.

• Maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.

• Managing stock replenishment and assisting with inventory checks.

• Handling payments and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Following Nike's customer service standards and store procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Interest in sports, fitness, and fashion.

• Friendly, confident, and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

• Good sales and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Previous retail experience is an advantage but may not be essential.
