Client Service Officer TRX (Chinese, up to RM4K) #MYH
Description
Job Scope -
- Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit Trusts.
- Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter.
- Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and customers.
- Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer.
- Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing.
- Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax voucher to customer upon request.
- Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform.
- Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters related to daily investors’ transactions.
- Adhoc task as assign by Superior
requirement:
- Candidates with working experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Candidates must possess at least SPM and above
- Good communication in English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills
