Client Service Officer TRX (Chinese, up to RM4K) #MYH

Description

Job Scope -

  • Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit Trusts.
  • Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter.
  • Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and customers.
  • Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer.
  • Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing.
  • Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax voucher to customer upon request.
  • Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform.
  • Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters related to daily investors’ transactions.
  •  Adhoc task as assign by Superior


requirement:

  • Candidates with working experience in customer service will be an advantage
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM and above
  • Good communication in English and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills
