Customer Service Executive (Sunway Pinnacle, RM1900-RM2300)

Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Answer customer questions
  • Do reporting (pivot & v-lookup in excel)


Job Requirements:

  • SPM and above
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to start immediately
  • Able to work at Sunway
  • Able to work on Monday to Saturday (Five days work)
