Customer Service Executive (Sunway Pinnacle, RM1900-RM2300)
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer customer questions
- Do reporting (pivot & v-lookup in excel)
- SPM and above
- Good communication skills
- Able to start immediately
- Able to work at Sunway
- Able to work on Monday to Saturday (Five days work)

MYR 1, 501- MYR 2, 500 / mth
