Facebook Ads Management

• Manage multiple awareness and lead generation campaigns on Facebook across JAPAC, ensuring all digital campaigns align with the overarching marketing strategy and conversion goals.
• Plan and formulate Facebook ads campaign structures, objectives, and audience targeting.
• Monitor progress and optimize operations to maximize Facebook ad performance and conversion goals.
• Work closely with the team to prepare Facebook campaign data for monthly reporting with stakeholders.
• Generate actionable insights based on the campaign performance and implement improvements on Facebook.

Facebook Business Page and Community Management

• Collaborate with JAPAC stakeholders to schedule organic posting on Facebook.
• Actively monitor and engage with all inbound communications, including comments and messages received on Facebook, based on the established social media response matrix.
• Identify new trends and Facebook features, conduct A/B testing, and innovate methods to maximize Facebook reach to potential patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.

Experience

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience in media buying or Facebook paid advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, specifically Facebook, and their advertising features.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to refine optimization tactics.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or agency background preferred.
