HR Associate (COVID Support)

Description

Job Description:

  •  Manage COVID-19 critical & emergency related subject matter topics, and handle queries from employee and business
  • Assist in tracking COVID-19 statistic and risk assessment of COVID-19 cases prior to allowing employee to Return to Office (RTO)
  • Manage and respond to COVID-19 contract tracing tool
  • Handling COVID-19 related expense claim in Workday (i.e., validate and process COVID-19 related claims) and assist in UAT (system testing), provide solution to resolve technical/system issues if required
  • Ensuring claiming are submitting based on existing C19 claim guidelines and ensure the documents are updated and available on SharePoint to all employees.
  • Ensure relevant documents are updated & uploaded in internal comm tool (Sharepoint) to share the Covid 19 claim guideline to all employees.
  • Assist COVID-19 vaccination process, documentation, and implementation together with internal Project team
  • Generate relevant reports from internal HR system on weekly basis, ensuring data accuracy before submission Perform any ad hoc tasks when required

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR
