Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare

• Build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates

• Understand clients' hiring needs and match them with the right talent

• Maintain accurate records and manage a portfolio of active roles

• Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to team targets
