Job Descriptions: 

• Ensuring all funds have sufficient cash in a/c to settle all trades, redemption payment, corporate action payment and etc. Notify Finance team (in email) to trigger OD in case the fund has insufficient cash for the settlement.
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of the daily fund transfer which related to trades and placements processing for Unit Trusts Funds and/or Mandates funds.
• Monitoring and oversight functions of trade life cycle as per above activities which are carried out by the middle office service provider.
• Handling queries on the operational matters from brokers, trustee/custodian and middle office service providers.
• Reviewing proxy voting instruction before sending to the trustee and/or custodian.
• Checking all fund prices uploaded by DBFA in FIMM Fund Malaysia System website are the same as EIMY website.
• Ensure and assisting team members on completeness of daily cash reconciliation in Aladdin and publish it for investment team to make investment decisions.
• Informing Money Market Dealing team/fund manager for FX instruction if there is insufficient cash balance for trade settlement on foreign market.
• Other ad-hoc task as required. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree and / or professional qualifications in Accounting / Finance / Investment / Economics / Statistics or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years experiences
• Preferably with Insurance and / or Unit Trust background
• Familiar with financial and capital market instruments
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
